Now we can offer our customers an advantageous service contract.

The basic offer includes an on-site visit by our service personnel every four weeks. During these visits, the machines covered by the contract will be inspected, and at the end of each visit, the customer will get a written report on the machines' status and any measures to be taken.

Our experienced service personnel guarantees a reliable evaluation of the machines' status. Based on their recommendations, we can together with the customer plan and execute repair and maintenance work.
Being "one step ahead" and performing preventive maintenance during normal downtimes minimizes the risk of unscheduled and costly downtimes due to breakdowns.

The regular visits and contacts will also provide the customer with a steady transfer of know-how and ideas as well as continuous information about new developments from BRUKS.
Custom-tailored to meet individual requirements, our service contracts can cover whole plants or single machines.
