BRUKS Rockwood offers two (2) distinctly different technologies for the Reclaiming of Circular Piles, the Circular Chain Reclaimer (CCR) and the Circular Screw Reclaimer, (CSR). Each technology provides distinct advantages for bulk material reclaim of smaller bulk storage piles.
The CCR is a variation of the OCR differing in that it has no stacking device. It is well suited for most bulk materials and is best suited for small storage volumes. The CCR is also installed completely above grade minimizing civil cost.
The CSR is primarily suited for wood based products such as wood chips and wood waste. The screw reclaim device is located above grade allowing pile stacking on top of the device and providing completely automated reclaim. The mechanical equipment is located below grade requiring a small vault and tunnel. The CSR provides excellent metering of materials.
