Linear Chain Reclaimers

The Linear Chain Reclaimer, LCR Product Line provides an excellent method for Fully Automated Reclaim of many bulk materials. By adding a Linear Stacker a Fully Automated Storage and Reclaim System may be achieved.
Operation of the LCR is performed remotely. The LCR includes a complete control room with PLC and MCC's. The Reclaimer can be controlled a remote location or DCS's.
Total Live Storage is achieved with the LCR providing the material is not stacked outside of the reach of the reclaimer. 100% of the material stacked under the LCR is accessible by the automated reclaimer requiring no mobile equipment or labor.
The LCR along with all peripheral equipment is installed above grade requiring medium civil works.
