BRUKS Rockwood offers two (2) distinctly different technologies for Reclaiming of Circular Piles in Circular Silos or Circular Domes, the Circular Stacker Reclaimer; (types COSR, OCR or Air MAX), and the Circular Screw Reclaimer, (CSR). Each technology provides distinct advantages for covered bulk storage piles.
Covered storage utilizing a dome with one of the Circular Stacker Reclaimer products is well suited for most bulk material types in medium to large storage applications. The Circular Overpile Stacker Reclaimer provides an excellent method for Fully Automated Storage and Reclaim of many bulk materials. The Stacker Reclaimer combines in one machine Fully Automated Stacking and Fully Automated Reclaiming.
Covered storage utilizing a silo with the Circular Screw Reclaimer is primarily suited for wood based products such as wood chips and wood waste. The screw reclaim device is located in the bottom of the silo allowing stacking on top of the device and providing completely automated reclaim. The CSR provides excellent metering of materials.
