The BRUKS Rockwood Circular Stacker Reclaimer Product Line is comprised of three distinct designs, the COSR, OCR and Patent Pending Air-MAX. Each design has been developed based on specific customer process and bulk product requirements. All three designs provide "Fully Automated Bulk Material Storage and Reclaim Systems".
The Circular Overpile Stacker Reclaimer, COSR is the workhorse of our Stacker Reclaimer product line. With COSR installations dating back to the mid 70's this product is well proven for a large variety of bulk materials.
The Overpile Chain Reclaimer, OCR has been developed to provide full automation for smaller storage volumes. The OCR was specifically developed for the Bio-Fuel Energy Market where smaller storage piles of Bio Fuels are required.
The Circular Blending Bed Stacker Reclaimer with Air Supported Belt Conveyor Technology, Patent Pending Air-MAX has been developed to provide a cost effect method for material storage while achieving blended material reclaim.
All of the BRUKS Rockwood Circular Stacker Reclaimer designs provide an excellent method of automated storage pile building and reclaiming for most bulk materials. Cost effective small or large storage volumes can be achieved.
Dust and particulate emissions are minimized through the addition of the stacker luffing option on the COSR and OCR. With the Air-MAX the stacker discharge point remains at all times in contact with the pile, no luffing required.
