BRUKS Rockwood, Inc. provided the engineering for coal storage at TransAlta’s Centralia, WA Complex. The Centralia Complex generates power from two coal-fired units and is one of the cleanest coal-fired power plants in North America. Greenberry Industrial coordinated efforts with CDG Engineers and BRUKS Rockwood, Inc. to increase TransAlta’s rail unloading capability. The BRI radial stacker capable of stacking 4000 STPH of coal has now been fully commissioned and accepted by TransAlta.
