Anders Gustafson will leave his position as Managing Director for BRUKS Group effective October 28, 2011. He will take a position with the Swedish company Korsnäs.
Johan Johansson will serve as interim manager for BRUKS Group and BRUKS AB
effective immediately.
Johan Johansson and Bengt Nilsson will remain as dual managers for BRUKS
Klöckner GmbH. Roman Margraf effective immediately will be the primary point of contact with regard to management in BRUKS Klöckner GmbH when Johan Johansson is not present.
BRUKS Rockwood Inc. has no organizational changes.
