The BRUKS 805,2 STC is the fifth generation of BRUKS mobile chippers with a drum diameter of 800 mm. The "traditional" Mobile Chipper 805 on forwarder has been updated and is now built as 805.2 STC.
The 805.2 STC is our multi-function version based on the BRUKS concept featuring infeed from the side and high-dumping chip bin. The machine can be installed on forwarders, trucks or other types of vehicles. A powerful, fuel-efficient 450 HP Scania dieselmotor ensures effortless processing of logging slash, parts of trees and roundwood up to dia. 50 cm.
The very best has become even better, with new versions of its control and hydraulic systems for even higher productivity and easier operation. It gives optimized reliability and profitability of your machine, as well as a number of other improved features. It is characterized by high capacity, high reliability, even and efficient chip discharge, long material life and a wide range of possible applications.

Its design is based on our experience from some 300 same-size mobile chipping units manufactured and sold by us. The 805,2 STC is the latest development and a further improvement of its predecessors.
The chipper is powered by a separate diesel engine and designed to be installed on self-propelling vehicles like forwarders, trucks or tractor-towed trailers.
A chipper with integrated chip bin installed on a carrier vehicle is a superior machine combination for the chipping of clear-cut residue or low-grade trees. The chipping unit can move to off-road chipping sites and dump the chips from its chip bin into a roadside container or else on the ground to eliminate waiting time for any unit in the production chain. Pleasant working conditions for the operator ensure high productivity also in bad weather. The payload capacity of the carrier vehicle should be 14 – 16 tons.
